Many years of global research has proved that psychometric testing has a significant part to play in predicting an individual’s suitability for and successful performance in, a diverse range of roles as well as providing insights into their potential for further development and progression.

We have found this to be the case in the course of our talent acquisition, coaching, leadership assessment, and career management work. We know that clients value the insights provided by globally validated psychometric tests into the behavioural styles an individual may exhibit and the aptitudes and potential they possess. They also advise us that our expert interpretation of results, written reports and one-on-one professional advice is vital in enabling them to make informed choices and decisions.

Our assessment practice is led by our Partner and Principal Psychologist, Yvette Rae. Yvette has over 30 years of corporate HR executive and consulting experience and as a practising, registered Psychologist. Yvette is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.

Rae Consulting is accredited to use and has deep knowledge and experience in the application, interpretation and provision of expert advice in respect to the insights provided by several globally validated and psychometric assessment tools including:

  • Saville Wave Professional Styles Questionnaire;
  • SHL Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ32); and
  • Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire (16PF).
